Process & Timeline
What does your production process look like?
Brief → Concept exploration → Storyboard & scientific review → 3D modeling → Animation & revisions → Delivery. Scientific accuracy is checked before each stage moves forward.
How long does a typical project take?
6–8 weeks for a typical 3D CGI animation. Congress key visuals and graphic work are generally faster. Tell us your deadline upfront and we'll assess honestly.
How many rounds of revision are included?
2–3 rounds are included as standard — after the storyboard, after the first cut, and a final polish. Additional rounds can be quoted separately.
Can you hit a tight congress deadline?
Yes — we've delivered in 4–6 weeks. Rush fees may apply under 4 weeks. Give us the hard deadline upfront.
Science & Deliverables
Can you work with our existing data — microscope images, structural data, figures from papers?
Yes. Papers, micrographs, structural data, schematic figures — share what you have. More reference means better accuracy.
What formats do you deliver?
H.264 (.mp4) for web and presentations; Apple ProRes 4444 (.mov) for broadcast; PNG stills at up to 4K. Other formats on request.
Do you produce voiceover or narration?
Either works — narration-free or with voiceover. Let us know your preference at the briefing stage so we can design the timing and pacing accordingly.
Working Across Borders
How do you handle collaboration across time zones?
JST is 13–14 h ahead of US Eastern and 8 h ahead of Central Europe. Given the time difference, we recommend keeping communication asynchronous — email or chat works best and ensures nothing gets lost between time zones.
Do you work fully in English?
Yes. All in English. Given the time difference, we recommend async communication — email or chat — throughout the project. It keeps things clear and nothing gets lost between time zones.
Can you quote and invoice in USD?
Yes. Invoicing in JPY, USD, or EUR — whichever your institution requires.
Contracts & IP
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. NDA and MSA available as required, including for pre-clinical and investor-only content.
Do you offer white-label delivery?
White-label delivery is available. Details are agreed at the contract stage.
Do you work with agencies or CROs?
Yes. We work directly with research groups and as a subcontractor for medcomms agencies and CROs. Confidential arrangements are standard.
Do you work with academic labs and grant-funded projects?
Yes. We're experienced with grant-funded procurement (including KAKENHI) and pharma vendor registration. Let us know your institution's requirements at the briefing stage.
